STAY FAR AWAY! Do NOT trust their work, their estimates, their competency - they cannot be trusted. Anthony and Albert at APAX taxes not only refused to file for my taxes and my medical account taxes on time after I asked which of the three different sets of taxes I should file. They refused to file for an extension. I gave them my documentation months in advance, but refused on 4/13! They were then hired by my overseers to complete the taxes properly, but Anthony charged double to complete the work- which was wrong- I just received an AUDIT!!

I went to Anthony again for my tax returns and again I received superb service. Anthony does not miss anything and is very thorough- making sure he gets you every penny possible. He spent over two hours with me explaining items in detail and answering any questions I had. I will continue going back to him annually!

We've been coming to Anthony for two years now and haven't had any issues. He's thorough and sits with you while he does your return. He's been very knowledgeable about credits/deductions, too. He also makes time on Saturdays to meet his clients, which is a real plus for us since we don't want to take off time from work. He is definitely more expensive than an HR Block, but worth it! We will be returning next tax season to visit him.

I was looking for Apex phone number and I see that he is being reviewed by Yelp, so glad I can pass my opinion on to the masses. Anthony is an expert who knows the tax laws. He has been an accountant for 30 years and knows how to work with numbers and laws. If there is a way to get you a better return he will. He is through, fair and most importantly a brilliant account. He takes the stress out of this unpleasant yearly task!In life you need a good attorney and a great accountant. I hope he is in business as long as I have to do my taxes!!
