        They certify lemons. I'm out 12k because of Tray and the whole shop is too collectively stupid to key a FOB. Held onto my car for 3 extra days until I showed up and did it myself. Holy lord worst shop ever. + you were the temp mechanics for east Penn you dopes. Subaru forester you told me was good. Needed new head gasket, you did the valve cover instead and then the head gasket and torque converter went. I looked Tray in the eye and asked him sincerely if the vehicle was good and he told me it was solid.

      I believe you posted a review for the wrong auto repair shop. I’ve searched our database and have never serviced a vehicle for a Shane Connors (assuming that’s your real name and not a screen name) and have never charged 12k for repairs. Furthermore, we’ve never held onto a vehicle for three days to program a key fob and/or had a customer show up to do it themselves. If you can give us more information regarding your vehicle that you’re referencing and more details of the situation that occurred, we would be more than happy to try and rectify the situation. As well as relay the information to our staff to prevent this from happening in the future.
