My sister is in this place, and I live in California. Every time I try to call my sister it NEVER goes through and gets answered. They say they are too busy to answer the phone but,.............it NEVER seems to be the right time to call. Today is her birthday and I have tried for one hour to get through, only to be told by the supervising nurse MONICA that they do not have time to answer the phone , and If I don't like it too bad. Why are mean people like Monica working in a place that is suppose to help everyone ?

Mother in law went there after breaking a hip. They were kind, compassionate and spoiled her. Joe was from admissions was fantastic and was very helpful. Would absolutely use them again if anything ever happened again.

My husband was a patient for physical and occupational rehab. Unfortunately I was unable to visit the facility. But everyone has been wonderful very kind professional and helpful. I have my husband home now with life Geisinger and hospice care but if ever needed again definitely would consider. Thank you and God bless everyone at Lackawanna Health and Rehab Center

Dad brought there from hospital for rehabilitation last Thursday afternoon. Cousin made special trip to facility and brought him clothing, sneakers, and shaver, which she was required to leave at desk. Three days later, and his clothing, sneakers, and shaver were still never brought to him.
