        Had a fantastic experience building with Linford. Building a home can be very stressful from the standpoint that there are thousands of decisions to be made, but Linford and his crew were flexible with our many changes throughout the process. We love how everything turned out and are thankful for a quality build on our dream home. If I had to nit pick on one thing, my only complaint is the painting. Drywall was only spray finished, which I would have expected a custom build to be back rolled. Overall though very pleased and would recommend them to anyone building a home. Fair on pricing, and you wont be disappointed.

        I cannot say enough great things about this builder. We built a barndominium with Linford and from start to finish, everyone at S.Gerald Musser was fantastic. Quality work, always available - the best in this business. My family highly recommends!

        S. Gerald Musser did a fantastic job on building our house for us. We brought a custom ranch design, and he was very helpful with any questions we may have had. Gerald had his crew address any concerns we had, encouraging us to visit often to catch problems early. The workers were also great, taking time to talk with us while we were doing walkthroughs for the electric and plumbing. They really made the whole building process smooth and easy for us from start to finish.

        We had an excellent experience with the team at S. Gerald Musser Builders. This was my first experience with a new build, and my husbands third, so he happily handed everything over to me, thus avoiding the revelation of any fissures in our union. I didnt know the process could be difficult for some people, because it was so EASY for me. Knowledgeable contractors to answer all the questions that I asked over and over. The quality of the workmanship was high. I love the rounded corners inside. My daughter lives in an historic home in Philadelphia and she has those too!!! The man in charge of my house was Gerald Lynn and he was always available, easy to reach, and responsive to any potential issues. I have recommended them to several people and will continue to do so.
