        Had a fraudulent transaction of 600$ and then they charged me Insignificant funds fee of 35$ that's insane once my transfer is done will no longer be banking with JBT also I said more than 2 times for. O paper statement's and they kept charging me 5$ a month this is insane

        Jbt customer service is very unhelpful. They are unfriendly and do not assist customers in a professional manner. I was charged on my account without getting any notifications and took days to resolve. I will not be banking with them again.
