In my opinion and experience, the women appearing to pose as the post office manager appeared in my opinion, to not be able to contain nor hold a professional composure when dealing with what appeared to be a normal customer service situation. In my opinion her behavior towards me demonstrated that she is not capable of handling simple customers service issues and in my opinion I would question her ability to manage staff in an effective leadership roll. It is also my experience and opinion that this person does not have the ability to demonstrate resolution and could be a prime example why the post office is failing in so many areas and why people elect to go a different route when it comes to shipping packages / parcels. Her demonstrated defiant resolution, attitude and contempt for abuse of power has not gone unnoticed as you can see from other reviews. It is also understood and brought to our attention that this type of behavior that I experienced before her could possibly be the cause of a former employee stating that they can not keep people there. Of course this is just speculation. This post office also has a terrible track record for delivering the mail to the wrong addresses. This includes, but is not limited to, bank statements and other personal mail. To this date (She, who is responsible for this post office) is still delivering mail to the wrong address and its continuously reported to the bureaucracy of United States post office and it just continues as they just appear to not care about your mail.
