        I emailed them and they came the very next day. Gary explained everything thoroughly to me. He told me what needed to be done and did everything that day. He reassured me that our chimney was in good shape. My experience with this chimney service was outstanding and I am so glad that I got them as a recommendation from my friend. I would definitely recommend this chimney service for anyone.
