Great Clips

I've been to going the Great Clips in Oaks for years and will continue going. But today was a clunker. No waiting and no one behind me. The stylist I got was all business. No talk, no response to anything I said, firm in constantly moving my head an inch there, then back, an inch one side to the other, then back. The haircut (a #5) took less than ten minutes. Had there been a crush of customers, I would have understood. But there one customer already being served when I arrived, and no one new when I left. Those of you who had this stylist before will know who it is. All the others are good, friendly, chatty, and make the experience all the more pleasant. This one was good. Period. And the experience was disappointing; an enjoyable time turned into a boring duty. Five stars for the Great Clips at Oaks; 1 star for this stylist with no style. So, an average of 3 for this one time.

Salon had two open signs out and on (lighted) and had 3 stylists available and said they take the last client at 5:45 and it was 5:46 pm. What is the point of posting your hours? A simple buzz cut for a regular client takes ten minutes and never longer. Its now 5:52 pm and the signs are still in the window and on as open. Change your hours online to 5:45 pm then.

Store opens at 9:00, at 9:02 doors were locked and lights off when I got there. When I was able to go into the store the wait was already over 90 minutes. Disappointing service, unfortunately.
