        I will never use this rental place again or refer them to anyone. I rented a boom lift and received a quote from the sales person for a half day use. The day of drop off which was a Friday, they charged me for a full day which totaled slightly $400 more. Monday I called and asked about the up charge and they said they would adjust it. Tuesday they charged me an additional $700. Another phone call Wednesday and they said they would refund the $700 and adjust the charge for the full day. Waited to the following Monday and finally asked when the invoice will be adjusted. Today, they adjusted the invoice, only to adjust it $100 over what I was quoted. I was tempted to dispute the charge with my bank but at this point its not worth the aggravation. Rent elsewhere.
