Park Creek Place

The first time I realized I wanted to work at Park Creek Place was when my training and onboarding for a sister community was held here. I was so impressed with the, leadership, staff, teamwork, dining, activities, amenities, cleanliness of the beautiful grounds, and overall positive vibe from the residents that I knew I had to work my way back here. In August 2021, I was asked to join the Park Creek Place team as the Community Relations Manager and I’m so proud to be a part of this amazing team. Everything is as it appeared to be 8 months ago. It didn’t take long for me to connect with this community of wonderful residents and staff. Our team works together to deliver person centered care that enriches the lives of our residents every day. No job is beneath any member of our team because we love what we do. We have handled the pandemic extremely well and we are proud to be 100% vaccinated as a community. We will continue to work to make Park Creek Place the safe and wonderful place it is to live and work today. Thank you to our residents and families for your kindness, trust and participation. This place looks nice, however, there is a lack of communication between staff. My mom's room has a bug issue, we told them several times, still not resolved the activities are poor, and not motivating , the food menu needs some improvement. Very disappointing 😞

i used to work here and they are very unprofessional... while i was working here many residents were neglected. bandages wouldn't get changed as often as they should one resident had a bandage on her for over a month and bad sores that the director of nursing (joy) knew nothing or did anything about. some residents were put in bed at four in the afternoon without being feed anything until the next morning. we worked 12 hour shifts and many residents would only get changed once a day. they are very money hunger and do not care about the residents or employees. if you love your family members you shouldn't send them here.. personal care is okay memory care there is a complete joke.

Be very careful. Verbal promises are made and not followed through on. They take advantage of people who are vulnerable. Communication is lacking in all aspects including documenting medical issues. On another note, the staff is nice.

the employees here order delivery from our restaurant often. it is a 20 minute drive. they do not tip our drivers.
