Absolutely Disgusting... DO NOT MOVE HERE ITS A SCAM. They take your money and never call you back. They're big time scammers. We were due to move in here a few months ago, we gave them money and we never heard back. We called every line provided. Funny how they called us non stop until they got what they wanted... Our Money. As soon as we gave them the 1st down payment, it was like they cut the phone lines. Then I got smart and called them from another line they did not recognize, they answered and huffed and puffed when they heard it was me. Horrible communication, unorganized and last but not least con artists. Alex and Jasmine were sitting their twiddling their thumbs chatting it up with the maintenance man. Phones were silent when we walked in. Every time we were there they were never busy. Just playing the Monopoly go on their phones.... We were unsure when we first looked bc the reviews were 50/50. Turns out the good ones are fake af. We drove around and asked 4 different people their opinion on living here. They all had issues. Flooding, mice, washer and dryers broken for months, no communication from staff. I could say so much more but they've wasted enough of my time and declined my request for refund through my bank. Disgusting thieving pigs. We WILL get our money back. Best believe it. For anyone else who has been scammed by The Addison, I say file a official report with Better Business Bureau.

I paid my rent but could not stay in that apt. It had major roaches, mice, and black mold in the washer. I asked for help they sent a flyer out on how to live with roaches. Crazy. Said they would exterminate but did not and said we never complained. Not true!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Lets just start off with if they had a no star review I would 1000% be putting that. From the time I moved in here there was lack of communication when it came to EVERYTHING literally!! My shower was not working for WEEKS, I put request in for maintenance every single day during that time & maintenance is TERRIBLE, they put request complete when they dont come out to do anything, they come in your house when you say no entry until Im home, you literally have to complain, or curse them out for anything to get it done. They go through workers like crazy, every other day theres new people in the office so if your talking about something with one person and they tell you give a call back the next day or after the weekend expect it to be a completely different person and they dont know anything your talking about and your back at square one again. Everybody in the leasing office literally dont do anything and everybody is always so confused when you have a concern, they dont fix any problems that you have or even at least try to. The property manager literally is the WORST, he doesnt care about none of the tenants hes disrespectful and rude and literally needs to be fired. They manage to keep the lawn mowed every day but have dead mice in the buildings in the hallways. I called emergency maintenance and they answered saying Im at a baby shower, I cant help you with patching your holes they wont pay me for it, its not considered an emergency, when Im literally watching mice run all around my apartment, I found more than 10 holes in my apartment to where they are getting through theres holes under the heaters literally under the sink near the door AND behind my oven which the maintenance people told me about and didnt patch them up??? Okay perfect so nobody is doing their job. THEN on top of that I literally have an animal running around on top of my head that I complained about plenty of times and they told me its just a bird or squirrel, until one of the older maintenance workers finally came out and said the other man should have did the inspection right he then goes outside to check and he said there was a hole the size of a basketball so there could be anything running over my head okay. THEN not to mention they are over charging our rent for 3 months because of something they covered for us the previous 3 months. I asked them to send over the documents or proof of what they claim to have paid for NEVER received that. I had to call corporate on the property manager and nothing happened with that they didnt reach out to me or anything and its been 2 1/2 months now. Theres so much more and oh before I forget every single 5 star you see is the workers trying to make it sound good and they all live here. So before you think about moving here please dont they are THE WORSE!! 0 STARS!!!!!!!!!

The Addison apartments are the worst. The leasing agents and management are very unprofessional. You can never get through to them over the phone no matter what number you call. You literally have to go to the leasing office. And if you do go to the leasing office and ask to speak to the manager shes always going to be at the bank. Its all a scheme. Im currently in the process of breaking my lease. They are money hungry and tries to get over on tenants. I had a balance of $750 on my account for a couple months after I moved in and when I finally got a chance to speak to the assistant property manager she said that I didnt pay my security deposit which doesnt make sense because how would yall let anyone move in without a security deposit. Also, how is that yall are charging tenants extra utilities fees claiming that is was an issue on yall end but the tenants have to pay for it, it just doesnt make sense. Also they dont actually show you a break down of your utilities they just make up their own prices. The up keep of the properties are terrible. How is that you have landscapers every other day but the hallways and steps are filthy. They have a terrible mice problem. Mice chewed a hole under the heater. And I asked maintenance to check the apartment thoroughly to see if it was more holes and they found about 10 holes in my apartment that I wasnt aware of. Maintenance is terrible as well, if you put a request in on the app it takes weeks to get handled. And I dont know why they even have an emergency maintenance number because when you call about an issue they always say they cant come out.The actual property manager is very rude and disrespectful. After I spoke with Stephanie about my concerns, I asked to speak to him as soon as I walked in his office he said whatever your issue is I cant not help you. He didnt even introduce himself I introduced myself to him initially. He then told me to get out of his office. After we argued because I dont tolerate disrespect, Stephanie offered me the opportunity to break my lease.
