Jim Teti and John were the first of the SERVPRO crew to come to my house to assess the water damage from an Easter night flood involving the hot water tank.
Jim was very knowledgeable and kind while explaining the process of the mitigation.
He gave me his cell and told me I could call him with any questions or issues.
I did call regarding the follow-up visit and he responded quickly and gave me an answer just as quick.
This is a very stressful situation, Jim was very positive and said, we'll fix it!
Ray and AJ were the 2nd pair of the SERVPRO crew members to come and assess the level of water remediation. Ray was VERY accommodating with my work schedule. Ray was very knowledgeable, kind, professional!
I've got to commend Servpro on their commitment to customer service!
