Received an invoice after material was picked up which I paid with a check, then the same amount was debited out of our account. I've contacted them 5 times for a refund with no response other then a case number. Will probably need to turn the matter over to our legal department for a simple refund.

Guess all Shred-it companies are great they were nice enough to take me after my appointment got held up at Reinhardt.

First we got locked into an overpriced 5 year contract. Then, they miss pickups or are rude to staff. Fortunately, their site stopped working, enabling us to worm out of their contract. But even then, we continued to get bills AND "proofs" of document destruction for pickups that never happened. They took MONTHS to finally take away their shred bins. It has now been a year since we stopped using Shred-It and they're still sending out old AND NEW bills for services that never happened. Reaching out to support has resulted in nothing but empty promises to resolve it in 2-3 months only for nothing to change. They'll probably reply to this review to try and help too, but I doubt anything will come of it.

They called ahead to let me know when they would be at my home office. Showed up on time, picked up my papers for shredding and were on their way.
