    The company itself discriminate against there black staff when it comes to wages. And when I did work there there were few managers/employees who were openly racist with it comes remarks and how they view certain people within the company. There was no structure or communication when it comes to departments withing the company. And if you decide to work for the God forsaken company remember they have a high turnaround with new hire and employees leaving/quiting. This job pays IT tier 1 users very low compare to other companies within the tri-state area while they do more work than there tier 2 counterpart.

    Been a customer for over 7 years. The product is okay. The customer service is terrible and often you do not get called back or if they don't like what they hear they will threaten the customer with breach of contract. The advanced technical support is awesome mainly Mario but the rest of the first level support could use a bit more training to handle issues faster. If you ever plan to change or adjust services just know you will not receive any help from Evolve and they will act as if you don't exist.

    Terrible support procedures. Support techs are nice but it takes hours to resolve simple issues. When they put a call out to a group chat, no one responds - you can sit on hold for 30mins or more waiting. Billing department is even worse - if you dispute a charge, be prepared to follow up for months before you can get a response.
