full pool can become extremely chaotic and nerve wracking at times especially when children wont stop running no matter how many times the whistle is blown. Thank you Emma you rock! Tierney went above and beyond to ensure i got payed on time and worked out any tech errors i had with the apps we use. On top of being patient extremely friendly kind caring understanding and listening to the issue i was having to ensure it got fixed immediately. Thank you Tierney you rock as well !They both deserve a big raise because they both went above and beyond. Keep in mind a lot of the Lifeguards are still teens and are still learning and getting used to actually going to work. They are still kids and attend school just like your kiddos! ALL POOL COMPANIES ARE SHORTHANDED LIFEGUARDS . So if your pool was unable to be open that day its not that the company didn't try to have it staffed trust me they do our phones go off all the time trying to get coverage for your pool, and when im called i will take 2 busses to make sure your pool is open. I however am not teen and I am the oldest so i hope to continue to remain a role model and help guide the younger ones to be the best lifeguard they can be each and everyday. No company is perfect thats insane to think so, but Bennington has gone above and beyond to handle any and every issue to ensure the guests remain happy as well as myself. Thank you Bennington for doing things right and always improving things that need tweaking.If your looking for a company for your facility go with Bennington they actually care about the guests happiness.
