Tim was such a lovely and knowledgeable person to work with - you could how much he cares about providing an excellent shopping experience, and making sure you walk out with the best pair of shoes for you. Absolutely would make the drive out to KOP in order to work with Tim again!

Even through I can purchase online, I keep going back to Allen Edmonds in King of Prussia Mall because of the attention and advice John and Tim provide. There can be multiple people shopping at the same time and they make you feel like you have their complete focus. Always a great experience that compliments shoes that are very well crafted.

I would rate this Allen Edmonds store, especially this store and its assistant store manager Tim Fournier, as one of the best experiences I have had in recent memory at an in-person retail store. As a newer Allen Edmonds shoe wearer with little to no experience wearing these types of shoes, I was blown away by the level of professionalism and subject matter expertise by the store's assistant manager, Tim Fournier. For someone who is used to wearing dress shoes from Walmart, this was a significant change for me. Tim made it easy by providing honest options of shoes and colors based on my daily needs. He also provided ways to maintain my shoes in ways I had no idea. You would be surprised by some of the differences in wearing real leather shoes! Overall if you are on the fence about buying Allen Edmonds my recommendation is to visit this store and ask for Tim you won't regret it.
