DeMarco Family Roofing

You would be foolish to even have a light bulb changed by this lowlife. He have done work in my neighborhood and the owner is a chain-smoking, drug abuser who uses the shadiest people he can find as laborers. Needless to say, his work is shoddy at best, if he completes it at all. My next-door neighbor had to hire another outfit to finish the sloppy work DeMarco left behind. He always has an excuse, too, so don't  be fooled by his sob stories about his wife and kids. He says he's bonded and insured, but I would bet that is not true. He is a liar and a cheat.

If I could give less than a full star I would. The Attorney General needs to hear from everyone that Rich & his wife took advantage of. He needs to be stopped!

After looking at the previous review, same thing to report. Never finished the job. Left equipment on property. Roof was done incorrectly. Ridge vent should have been cut in and was never done. We now have a leak. Owner (richard Demarco)asked for payment before job was complete so he could pay his guys. No communication from the company. Horrible, DO NOT USE!!!! Don't fall for the family business routine, I GOT TAKEN, I hope it does NOT happen to other families.

Do not use DeMarco Family Roofing he is unreliable and does substandard work. You will regret using this company. I hired them for a roofing job that included the installation of a skylight, siding, capping and a concrete slab with steps to the back door. The first day on the job some things went missing from the house. No permit was obtained from the borough and he did not properly complete any of the agreed work. He was constantly behind schedule and the job he said would be completed in two weeks was abandoned after six weeks. His pis poor work lead to water damage to ceilings, walls and light fixtures. It also lead to problems to the adjacent home on both sides. He abandoned the job after receiving over $7000. I am suing Demarco roofing at this time. Our court hearing was on 2/28/18 and he failed to come to court to defend himself as there is no defending how he conducts business. I had to hire another Roofer to correct his many mistakes and finish the job. This required almost completely redoing the job costing me twice what it should have. His helpers were unskilled people from the block. You will regret using this company. Spare yourself and find someone else.
