I highly recommend David Downey for your eviction needs. I came to realize very early on during our case that David knows this stuff inside and out. His strategy for the case was excellent. He recognized things which strengthened our case tremendously that I would have never even considered on my own. His fee was extremely reasonable but I think what I appreciated most was the consistent and thorough communication. Unfortunately it can take a while to navigate an eviction case but David kept me well informed throughout the process. Ultimately we won the case and I was extremely pleased with Davids services.
