The are lacking in follow up customer support and satisfaction. Air Quality control installed a radon system in 2007. It was working fine till the fan started to make noise which interfered with sleep in 2020. We figured we needed a new fan and tried to contact the company to fix the problem and replace the fan particularly with a quieter model. It took weeks after calls and emails to them to have someone respond and later to have someone come to check it out. A new fan was installed in June 2020. When we noticed that it wasn't very quiet but the installer tried to convince us that the fan was the quietest on the market and the noise was normal. He also said if we were not satisfied he would replace it and try a different fan. We contacted them several times after installation through calls and email and heard nothing - CRICKETS. Complete waste of money and time. It was super annoying and preventing a good nights sleep. We never heard back from them after several attempts We finally had enough and contacted another company to replace that fan which was less than three years old. The new fan is SUPER QUIET. I would not recommend Air quality Control Inc for any services due to their lack of responsiveness

Roger was excellent. I was referred to him by my realtor after becoming aware that the radon levels in the house I was purchasing were 25.7pCi/L. Roger came out during our final walk-through, provided a quote and completed the job within a week of meeting him. After the mitigation system was installed, the radon levels dropped to .4pCi/L. I would highly recommend Roger and Air Quality Control, Inc to anyone in need of radon mitigation!

AQC has been around for many years. There work quality and responsiveness is excellent. Need Radon remediation call Roger.
