Bricck Property Management

Tonya doesnt return phone calls. The company is new to our development and has yet to do a thing except setting up our HOA payments! Dont think they care about our community! Very very disappointed!

This company is disorganized and unreliable. Tonya is unprofessional. Hilltop Condominiums started utilizing their services January 2023 and they frequently disrupt payroll. Multiple payment errors have occurred and I do not recommend using their services.

We are a vendor and service dog waste stations for HOA Communities that Bricck manages. Initially, it was hard to get a response from management as we had purchased an old vendor, but since Amanda has been hired, they have been great to work alongside. She does everything possible if there is a question and works hard to provide the best experience for the communities they represent and their vendors. Thank you Bricck!

I have been living at Montgomery Place for 17 years now and have seen many management companies come and go. Bricck property management has been the most helpful, knowledgeable, and kind to me. They go over and above the call of duty. Amanda Keegan has been especially great. When Ive had a guestion or a problem with my condo shes always gotten right back to me with a solution or has sent someone out the same day. Shes just amazing! It is about time weve had a company so valuable to our community! Thanks you Bricck for making my life alittle easier!
