An emergency Sunday morning backup caused some flooding in the house. Bruce responded immediately and was able to clear the line within hours of the backup. Great job. Great response. Saved the weekend.

The owner thinks he is God.. He has the audacity to scream and abuse customers at 730am in the morning because I had bargained $230 as asked to $200 because the staff he sent could not identify leakage at my place Is this normal for companies to be bully and abuse people

I have used Bruces plumbing on at least five occasions and will continue to call them for any plumbing issue I have. Bruce responds almost immediately to every message. He is extremely knowledgeable, explains issues clearly, and genuinely wants to help as quickly as possible. Brian and Sean also are a pleasure to have working in my home - friendly, honest, and efficient - and always are willing to answer my questions. I am grateful to have found Bruces plumbing and highly recommend this business.
