Mike, showed up within the scheduled window. He is very knowledgeable of the system. He serviced it quick and provided good insights on the performance of the system. Weve had the system for a year now and it was one of the best investments and upgrades we did to the house and ourselves. Highly recommend Tankless for their knowledge, skills and excellent service. My first annual maintenance of the tankless hot water system. Mike was competent, friendly and explained how the flushing solution for descaling is a vinegar solution and not environmentally harmful. He answered all my questions and Im good for another year. Yippee!

Mike came to do our annual maintenance and took time to explain the options, possible issues they corrected, and answered questions I had. He went ahead and did the cleaning and when he came to check the kitchen sink the flow was very low (an issue weve been having for a while that I was hoping the cleaning would resolve). He asked some questions and I explained what was happening and where else it was happening and he immediately went to remove the faucet head, cleaned it, and lo and behold the full stream was back and steaming hot! He suggested doing the same for the upstairs bathroom sink where this was also happening! I really appreciated his professionalism, knowledge, and top-tier customer service skills! I was ready to hire a separate plumber to address the issue of the cleaning didnt work. Love this company and their workers! #TeamMike
