I am highly disappointed with the service I received from this company and the way I was treated. It started off fine, with me requesting kiddie tables and chairs for my daughter's birthday party far in advance. The order was set and delivery was confirmed to be the evening before the party since it started in the morning. I confirmed multiple times and paid in full prior to delivery. My delivery was scheduled between 4-7pm on Friday. I waited till 8pm and then reached out--no answer, no communication. An hour later I received a call from the delivery driver saying they were "stuck in a delivery" and would be here at 10pm. I have a 5 year old and a party the next morning, I was exhausted and now stressed.. but I was desperate for the delivery, so I waited patiently without showing my frustration. At 10:30pm, with still no delivery or communication, I reached out again- multiple times, with no answer, no communication. Around 11pm I received a phone call from Mel raising her voice at me acting like I was horrible for getting upset and calling. The way I was treated was down right disrespectful and horrible customer service. She told me they got stuck in mud---how was I supposed to know this? They told me they were "stuck in a delivery" and would be at my house at 10pm. I remained very calm because, again, I was desperate for the tables and chairs. She then said she would deliver the tables the next morning by 10am. That's the best she could do. Mind you---the party started at 11am and I still had to decorate the tables etc. I have dealt with many vendors, and have never been more shocked by the way I was treated as a customer. They did refund my money, as they should have- I'll give them that. But, I would never rent from them again nor recommend their services to anyone. Completely unreliable and have no concern for the customer. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, in this case it needed to be done. UPDATED: I received a very nasty and highly unprofessional email from Mel after she saw my review. I do not lie or give false reviews, I have no reason to. I am shocked that a business owner would act so outlandishly and her response and email to me is a testament to my review.
