The Nail House

This place was so unprofessional and decided to talk about people in Spanish to a Spanish person not knowing they were Spanish. They cant do designs. They dont do ombr or anything. They made things seem like it was the customers fault. They were supposed to do a design and it didnt come out right at all.

Nail polish watered down. Went back the following day to get another coat. Let me emphasize, I made an appt so I didnt have to wait for a second coat. Arrived at 10:30, they started two different customers full set and kept asking me to wait. Mind boggling. It took two minutes to give me a second coat which they didnt do until 11. I guess it was their way of being passive aggressive!!!!

Unpleasant experience. Despite calling ahead to confirm they offered hard gel (builder gel), I encountered issues upon arrival. Johanna, who seated me, struggled to understand the application process, and despite my attempts to guide her, my nails ended up excessively thick, uneven, and lumpy. The white coat appeared yellowish. When I raised my concerns with the owner, there was no response. I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this place. Opt for another salon to save yourself both money and frustration.

I had a gel manicure and pedicure. I love that they ask for it to be calm and tranquil experience. They have lots of pedicure chairs that massage.
