This salon is awful! I came in for the very first time Dec 31, 2021 with my daughter, age 8. We just moved to PA and get our nails done all the time. The people were friendly, however, they cut our hands and feet so badly. Her gel mani/pedi came off within hours. She won't go to get her nails fixed because she is afraid to get cut again. During my dip mani, the man completely messed up and kept bumping the wet powder in the jar ruining the dip process, and dipping directly into the jar everyone uses. The shape is horrible. I asked for coffin they have me square the nails are uneven and lumpy. He realized how badly he messed up the ombre and I told him before he was finished it was wrong, the lady next to him tried to help correct it but couldn't fix it. He only put lotion on one hand and said okay, done. I still tipped, and left. Immediately calling the owner, Tony. He apologized profusely and told me to come back first thing Monday for them to fix it. I came in Monday. He was rude and mean. Told me I would need to wait an hour for my nails to be fixed. I told him I didn't have time. He stated he will not refund anything. There is no sign stating no refunds posted anywhere. He was rude and told me to shush. I told him I was cut all over my hands and feet. So was my daughter and he said we don't do refund you wait to have fixed or nothing. I sent him photos and showed him the damage to our hands on Facebook immediately after the first visit. This is unacceptable and unprofessional business practices. I will be contacting legal services. $175! Services: Pedicure, Dip powder, Kids' manicures

Ive gone to this salon multiple times and usually Im very happy with the end result but I hate the fact that I have to choose one person out of the full salon to do my nails because theyre the only person I know can do them right. I usually have the guy do it but I let the old woman do it for the first time today and my nails are not only uneven by didnt get at all what I asked for. Throughout the whole process I repeatedly told her I wanted them shorter ,I wanted them pointier, and I wanted a shiny coat but I got none of them I was not only charge $50 for basic sets of nails but the woman repeatedly not listen to me throughout the whole exchange. Wont ever go again, making me pay $50 for nails like this! I wanted the nailed attached bellow and go nails not even worth 25 dollars Services: Acrylic nails, Waxing
