Why would you participate in the continual and unprovoked harassment of my family- single hard working mom, Broker, college student & and one 13 year old boy?! Why help a father whose actions and behaviors over the last ten years have resulted in the childs attempted suicide at age nine. You have many other cases - why helped a man whose actions nearly killed his child? And I can prove the entire case. But someone will need to pay for my legal fees in this case as we are currently demanding another $2500.. that doesnt include Todd and my pain and suffering. Again all provable. Your own feedback here there are so many deserving poor people who are simply ignored. What has this little kid done to you? To deserve losing $10,000 in equity for legal fees as well as the kids own testimony against the Dad defending your petition (which was full of delusions easily all and equally unfounded). Finally Children and Youth has testified against the Father at length. He has SAD, BPD as well as delusional disorder. Chop has a diagnosis for a mood disorder for my son because of Fathers emotional abuse, which lead to his attempted suicide. Stop! Youre directly contributing to my sons potential next suicide attempt!!!

I reached out to managing attorney Mr. Kelley for assistance regarding my mother who is a senior and was confused about the information she was getting from legal aid. Mr. Kelley emailed me stating to have my mom contact him directly and/or provide a power of attorney so I can help her. My mom and I then talked and reached out to Mr. Kelley to meet so we can provide written and verbal confirmation of my mom needing assistance from me. Mr. Kelley's response was, "don't involve me and I can't talk to you." So why would you tell me to tell my mom to talk to you about me assisting her? I can see why my mom gets confused when communicating with legal aid, and I am not a senior. Mixed messages. We did manage to talk to Mr. Dirio, who my mom was under the impression wasn't her contact any longer at legal aid. He was helpful, but Mr. Kelley was very rude, and dismissive, even after telling me to tell my mom to reach out to him.
