My wife and I have been customer for over 20 years now. Theres a good reason for that. They offer the best customer service. Highly recommend!

I filled out a request form online for quote. Sales Mgr. Jeff Aponik emailed me a form to fill out. I filled it out and sent it back same day. I received email from him later that said form was blank. I checked my sent email and I had sent blank one back by accident. I immediately sent completed form as attachment. No response in 4 days. Called just to let them know and asked for manager. Susan said she was manager and would look into it. I will update if I ever hear back....
Email today: I received the message that you called about the home insurance quote request. I have not received any additional emails from you after your initial reply with the blank quote form attached. I am sorry if there was a disconnect but I have not been able to locate another email from you. Please let me know if you remain interested and we can find another way to get the information needed to begin the process. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact me directly rather than discussing with one of our staff.

I forwarded the original email to him again with the attached form completely filled out (as it was 4 days prior), which he had received 4 days earlier. Will update if I hear anything....
another day has passed after I re-sent the info. to get a quote. Jeff Aponik never responded with any quote info. Ayres Insurance might want to look into how much business they are losing.
