I have called this company many times to have one of my subcontractors COI sent to me, to no avail. Today I see on the website that they are open but will not answer the phone. I sure they would answer if I was making a payment and not in need of something. It is no wonder our guys are leaving this place. How do I obtain this COI?
I was not able to post unless I gave them one star which I did not want to do!
