        Karen was so great. We had a lawyer "fail" before we chose Karen. She walked us through the process and made us feel comfortable and confident. So much is needed to ensure the packet is initially approved by USCIS. But she made sure it would be a success. And it was. 10 months and a green card was approved. Thanks Karen.

        I called Karen Atzert for a consultation. As I was explaining what my immigration issue was, she did not let me finish, said that she was not interested in the case and hung up. I could notice that she was not really interested in serving the people. How could she know that she was not interested in the case if she did not let me explain the details? She was very impolite.
