The ONLY bright spots during my time dealing with them were my husband's nurse ( who by the way wasn't a Season's regular employee, she was under contract), the volunteer Pat, who called every week, and the aide Mark Even when hubby passed and I called the 888 number that they tout so strongly, NOONE answered!!

I don't understand the previous reviews. Seasons took care of my husband until his passing. Everyone - Everyone was exceptionally kind, responsive, knowledgeable and caring. My husband passed away at their respite facility at Phoenixville Hospital. It is a wonderful place filled with love and caring. Special thanks to Jane, Janelle, Carrie and all the staff. I would highly recommend this service. He had been cared for by another hospice in the past and they could not come close to the loving care provided by Seasons Hospice.

Absolutely terrible. Please do not use this service for your loved one when they need and deserve comfort and dignity the most. Broken promises. Disgraceful service and attitude. Unacceptable. Unprofessional. Uncaring. Unresponsive.
