recently went here with my sister to find a ring for her boyfriend of 4 years. Right when we stepped into the store (me, my sister, and 2 friends) immediately felt unwelcome. Dean came over to help us and he seemed nice at first but then he came off as judgmental and as if we were an inconvenience for not knowing much about mens rings my sister asked if they had any other options in 8-9 (meaning size) and he says sarcastically we dont have rings priced 10 dollars my sister already feeling uncomfortable felt like this was targeted because we are college students. She ended up buying a ring but ended up cancelling the order after how this interaction made her feel. :(

My friend went into the store to purchase a ring for her boyfriend. Dean, the man who assisted us, was extremely rude and condescending. We didnt know a lot about mens rings and we are college students, so our price range was not super high. We felt rushed and extremely unhappy. He did not ask our preference for pricing, or help much at all. Very bad expirience.
