STOP THESE CORRUPT BULLIES! BRMD is a disgrace to the legal profession. This firm has a total lack of integrity and does not practice the morals and ethics we want in our community. BRMD's quality of service is literally horrific! Bello, Reilley, McGrory & DiPippo, P.C. (BRMD), continue to act in bad faith and display a reckless disregard for the truth, laws, and rules. The firm is morally and ethically corrupt, and non-responsive when presented with facts proving the truth. Thereby, the law firm is aiding and abetting in an ongoing fraud scheme. Additionally, BRMD is now committing extortion by responding to this review with threatening language. As everyone can see here, members of the firm continue to behave in a corrupt and dishonest manner, and ignore the advice of the American Bar Association. Meanwhile BRMD continues to fail to provide the court and the opposing party with the required discovery documents. The firm has no problem misrepresenting the truth to the Court. Meanwhile, BRMD continues to show a total disregard for the psychologically abused, mentally disabled, children and adults. As a result of the corrupt and criminal behavior of BRMD and its co-conspirators, my children and I will be mentally scarred forever. All the while, BRMD creates unnecessary delays for no other purpose but to and drive-up legal fees for everybody. In reply to BRMD's comments on this review: Everything written above is a proven fact and/or my personal opinion. The truth is that BRMD is failing to provide the required discovery documents and continues to cover-up criminal activity. Thereby, BRMD is aiding and abetting in that criminal activity. Also, Google Reviews Guidelines and the American Bar Association suggest that you should not be asking for that information publicly. The truth should be obvious to any reputable attorney. BRMD is in violation of Pennsylvania racketeering regulations, since it should not be furthering fraud perpetrated by its client, and its former attorney. Thus, BRMD's threats are received as extortion. If/when BRMD abides by the applicable laws of the commonwealth, all applicable codes of conduct for the practice of law, and provides the over-due discovery documents; this review and account of my personal experience will be updated accordingly. Until then, calling your corrupt clown show "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" is being too kind. BRMD represents pure evil. ADVICE FROM THE AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION: The American Bar Association Standing Committee on Ethics and Professional Responsibility released today a formal opinion addressing the ethical obligations for lawyers to consider when they contemplate responding to online criticism and posted negative reviews. Formal Opinion 496 notes that lawyers are regularly targets of internet postings, and stresses that ABA Model Rule of Professional Conduct 1.6(a) prohibits them from disclosing information relating to any clients representation or information that could reasonably lead to the discovery of confidential information by another. The formal opinion adds that a negative online review, alone, does not meet the requirements of permissible disclosure under the self-defense provision of ABA model rules. As a best practice, lawyers should consider not responding to a negative post or review because doing so may draw more attention to it and invite further response from an already unhappy critic, the opinion said. The opinion said the lawyer may request that the website or search engine host remove the post for a specific reason although the lawyer is still obligated not to disclose confidential information. The lawyer might also reach out to the client or former client to discuss the matter outside of the public arena. If a lawyer chooses to respond publicly, permissible responses could include posting an invitation to contact the lawyer privately to resolve the matter or indicating that professional considerations preclude an online response. - American Bar Association, Chicago, Jan. 13, 2021.
