I'm very pleased with my Bassett furniture and David Rote was so helpful! He listened to what I wanted, and helped me think through options. He let me know about possibilities (and sales) without getting pushy. I looked in a lot of stores before I got to Bassett and am glad I took my time.

We recently furnished a new house. More than double our previous house so we needed a lot and didnt know where to start. Luckily we met our salesman/interior designer David. THE BEST! We got everything from couches to rugs to tables. I was clueless with patterns to match but David was so very helpful and helped pick patterns I wouldnt even think of. He came out and measured around the house to make sure everything would fit perfectly and where. He was at the house for all of the major furniture delivery, made sure everything went in the right place. We will keep going back for everything we need to finish furnishing. Furniture is beautiful, well made, sturdy. Would recommend Bassett and David to everyone!

My recent experience with a purchase from Bassett in King of Prussia could not have been better! Kim Tiller, the Design Consultant who worked with me, was simply amazing! She had an-depth knowledge of the furniture, available options, and what would work best for my taste and home furnishing style. Kim was friendly and professional in every regard. She also spent the necessary time needed to help me decide without any sense of me being rushed at all. I dont think Ive ever received more personal attention in a major investment. Kim also tracked the delivery progress and kept me well informed right up until the time of delivery. In fact, the sofa arrived well ahead of the anticipated delivery date window for customized furniture. In addition, the delivery men were courteous, friendly, and careful not to damage anything. The sofa exceeded my expectations. The color and fabric were beautiful and it was perfectly sized and fit in with my home dcor. I have already begun to refer others to Bassett if they should need quality furniture and professional design consultation. I know I will certainly shop there again. Kudos to Kim and Bassett!
