Steve made a very difficult time a little easier. He was always available, was kind and walked us through exactly what needed to be done. He listened to what we wanted and did not take advantage and hard sell us things that we did not need. I would definitely recommend.

Needed cremation services performed. From the beginning Steve has been nothing but a complete gentleman and a pleasure . Speaks softly and reassuring. Steve took the time to explain everything about the process. You can just tell from the start , that Steve is a very compassionate person. Thank you so very much for making this difficult time, so comforting. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs them! Thank you

My husband passed away suddenly at the end of February. I had no clue where to start or what to expect during this uncertain time. From day 1 when I called Raffeo-DiCecco and spoke to Steve, I immediately felt at ease with the first steps of the process. Not only did Steve make the normal procedure to smoothly, when I had an issue with my husbands death certificate, Steve not only helped, but went above and beyond to communicate and make sure I knew what was going on at all times. I cannot begin to praise these guys enough especially Steve. At my lowest times when things when decision-making is the last thing you want to do, these are the individuals who help to take some of the pain out of the process.

During the most difficult of times Steve was there to help us out. There is no book that is handed to you when a parent passes away however from first phone call, to cremation to ash pickup all of our questions were answered and with sympathy and patience. I would highly HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend if needed ( hopefully not however we all know death is inevitable). 10/10 would give more than five stars if I could. Thank you so much for helping our family during a very difficult time.
