        I used Black Diamond for a rehab in Brewerytown and would not recommend based on how long it took them to do the job as well as quality of work which was lower than expected. They did a roof on the back kitchen and when the roof leaked a few months later they never reimbursed me for the $425 it took to get the roof redone by a professional. They also did the roof on my other property in Grays Ferry and less than 2 years later the roof leaked and has to be completely replaced this fall. They are not good with communication or attention to detail. Their demolition services are good but would not use for anything beyond that.
