Lousy service tonight in KOP, PA, when I had an emergency where I needed some different kinds of cement at the end of the night for a contractor coming early in the morning. No one was really there who knew anything and of the eight people were there three sort of listened to my description of what I needed and then did not provide any recommendations for what I should get. So I looked for other employees and tried to ask them the same thing, and once again they listen to me wasting my time describing what I needed and answered me only with we've been working long hours and we want to go home. So I left empty-handed and now would need to do an hour round trip to go back to this place tomorrow when I was there tonight and left empty-handed. I was in the store within enough time to grab three bags of whatever the recommendation was but out of eight people including one manager no one was able to give me even the slightest bit of help. Don't bother with Home Depot in King of Prussia if you actually need any guidance! Go to Fraser or East norriton stores for real help!
