This is a follow up to my previous review. Yes, my husband and I did have several issues. However, Tim Liebig (Sales Manager) has been working very closely with me to resolve issues to our satisfaction. He truly wants his customers to be happy. To make a long story short, the chair has been replaced with a new one and my husband is now very happy. When he is happy, so am I. I have to say that Tim has gone out of his way to ensure our satisfaction. Thank you Tim for all you did for us.

I've had good luck with the Norristown, PA MobilityWorks. Forrester and Nancy in the office are both very good and efficient. The mechanics are terrific. I had a technician troubleshoot a single wire for the airbags in the door and he managed to find it. They understand their working with a unique clientele with unique needs. I'd recommend them.

I've been using this MobilityWorks for the past decade and would highly recommend to anyone who has any needs for wheelchair accessible vehicles. Sales reps aren't pushy and the guys who do the service are extremely knowledgeable. I had one hiccup with some lack of communication, and after a survey I was given a call and my concerns were addressed immediately.

I just purchased a disability minivan from Mobility Works in Norristown, PA.My salesman, or should I say my HERO, was John Frank.I had a very limited budget, a Long list if needs, and was running out of time.  I KNEW I was looking for that "Needle in a Haystack". Well,  John found it for me!I had been searching for quite a while. I constantly on the internet and was in contact with so many people looking for a van.  The BEST thing I ever did was when I finally contacted Mobility Works! The staff was always kind and helpful when i would call.  If John was out and i left a message, he ALWAYS returned my call.  John DILIGENTLY searched for and found vehicles for me to consider.  (I kept turning them down because I felt that, while nice and a good value, they were just not quite right for my needs.)He never gave up and encouraged me not to lose hope.Long story short, John found that perfect vehicle that fit my needs and my budget!It is everything I needed and wanted and then some!!He even delivered the vehicle to my home!I cannot begin to express how GRATEFUL I will ALWAYS be to John & Mobility Works of Norristown, PA. If you need a Vehicle, trust me, John Frank is your man!
