Aras Auto And Classics

I set up an appointment 2 weeks out. The day of he said my appointment wasn't for another week or two. I said "no, my appointment is today". He looked again and said I was right but he can't take the car. He said to call back in a couple of weeks. I have called back several times and so has my assistant. Won't return our calls. Now I am out over 4 weeks and my car has had nothing done to it. I gave up appointments elsewhere to wait for this guy and for what?

Sold me damaged tires that are not in round and won't balance properly he's blaming the 3 different tire shops that i went to saying they don't know how to balance them properly yet he won't do them when I asked....hahahahaha you're a joke I asked you before I left this privately but you wouldn't which is why this is posted...kind of funny when I asked about mounting them during the purchase your machine was broke Service: Tires

We just had our two cars inspected at Aras. The state annual inspection is such a chore, but Jeff makes it easy. His price is very competitive and hes very honest about what your car needs and doesnt need. He wont do unnecessary things simply because they can. For example, I told him that I may need an oil changehe checked and told me that I could drive another 2,000 miles. I highly recommend Aras. Since Jeff is the only guy working, your call may not be answered immediately, but dont let this deter you :)
