Ive been coming to Bavarian for a little over 3 years now and theyre the only people I trust to work on my M235i. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and decently valued cost of service. I recommend all of my bmw and other euro motor car friends to come to Bavarian.

Nothing but positive experiences up until today. Dropped off my car first thing in the morning for an inspection. They called me back pretty promptly that morning and let me know that the front brakes were metal on metal and that the front axle was leaking and should be replaced, but that wasnt required for inspection to pass. I elected for the brakes so that I could get the car back that day, and would set up a subsequent appointment for the axle. The problems started there. I had to call them as the end of the day approached without hearing anything and was told that they were busy and would try to have it done that day but couldnt promise anything. Surprise messages informing me that my car might not be able to be picked up after being told in the morning it would be arent okay. No apology for the discomfort that might cause, just some smiles and chuckles from the new (to me) younger guy at the desk when picking it up telling me that he cant control when the cars are ready. Agreed, but you can control your messaging and customer service. Try empathy. I also mentioned that the brakes being metal on metal was another surprise as they are the only ones I bring my car to, and they last had it 6k miles ago for a TIRE CHANGE. I asked them if thats normal for brakes to be that low after 6k miles with at least 3k+ of those being highway miles. The other guy (who has been there and has always been pleasant previously) took over and said that the brakes were fine when it was in last and that brakes wear down (direct quote). Solid feedback, not condescending at all. Basically just said this is a normal thing, they didnt miss anything, and he didnt understand why I was bothered about being surprised with brakes being down to the metal without any prior heads up from them. Super condescending experience from both guys, admittedly very out of character relative to the prior times Ive brought the car in. Before I left I told them I hadnt had a problem before, that Id like to keep bringing my car to them, and if they wanted to do anything to encourage me to bring my car back to them (because I need the front axle replaced). Easily remedied, but they couldnt be bothered, kept doubling down on brakes wear down. Lots of great reviews on here, and mine would have been as well up until this point. Hopefully just an off day and others will have better experiences, Ill be looking for another shop.

I had a great experience. They were professional. Efficient and prompt with their work. Very straight forward no nonsense. They were honest. They didnt try to upsell me. Did a good job. They got me in within a week. And had my coolant leak problem fixed in less than 48 hours. And a much more reasonable price than I was quoted at the dealership with equal quality work. Would definitely come back and recommend friends.
