        Initially was told $825 to move in. 3 weeks later 3 months rent. Then the next day they said 2 months rent. Gave my application, no one said anything about $50 app fee. But they accepted it and never called me about it. Two hours before I had the lease signing/give them the 2 months rent, the owner has the maintenance guy call me to say that they will go with someone else. Unprofessional, unorganized, and could never give me a real answer as to why they cancelled my scheduled lease signing 2 hours before to go to someone else. Dodged a bullet here.
