I would highly recommend Cathy Geiger to anyone looking to buy or rent and needs a realtor!! She is not only very knowledgeable, but very punctual and helpful. I was in need of her services (looking to rent an apartment) and she was able to get different showings in the same town in one day which was very efficient. Once we found the place we really loved, we were unsure how we wanted furniture to be arranged / how certain furniture would fit. Cathy was able to use her staging background to "show" us how the space would work perfectly for what we wanted. We have loved every minute in this apartment and all the furniture fit perfectly!! You would not be disappointed choosing Cathy Geiger!!!

Cathy Geiger is everything one will ever want and need in a realitor. She is respectful, honest, trusting, a great listener, and above all else makes each client feel they are her number one priority. She makes house hunting, which can be considered a stressful time, feel comfortable and exciting. She will tell you how she sees it (if you want her to), With her background in interior design. she will not only help you find the perfect place for whatever life situation you are in, but she will help turn that place into a home. In the search of our first home my fianc and I were able to obtain a home that checked all our boxes and then some within a day thanks to the guidance of Cathy during the buying process.
