Rude woman blurted out "I need your ID" and looked visibly upset as she brought my merchandize curbside. Lady, get another job if you have problem coming out in the rain to hand over curbside package. Do not take it out on the customer. Hopefully, someone in authority will see this comment and put her through some much needed professional training.

I like the products here, but every time I go it's a bad experience. The cashiers always pressure me for personal information and they don't back down easily, using fear tactics to get me to comply ("Oh, you won't be able to return it without a receipt if you don't!"). When I refuse to give it to them, they then ask if I know anyone else whose information I could give them. This is HIGHLY INAPPROPRIATE. To pressure customers to betray their friends' and family's trust and just hand over personal contact information is crossing a boundary. I'm tired of this harassment every time I visit this place. It needs to stop.

Stopped here for some leave-in hair conditioner and noticed that they've added way more brands and products! Outstanding customer service also, especially from the "hair expert" guy!
