My husband reported to me, since I was not home, that the professional who came to inspect for mold was extremely knowledgeable. thorough and kind. I would add that he must have been very honest, too, since he was able to clarify that what we were seeing was not mold. We are very appreciative of his time and if we ever do need help with mold problems, we will surely go to them first. Thanks!

I contacted RestoPros for a mold problem in my home. Right from the initial inspection, I knew I made the right decision. RestoPros communicated with me perfectly and explained the process from A-Z to keep our minds at ease. On the day of work, the crew was very professional and courteous. They remediated the problem and were very thorough. Also, the area where they worked was left cleaner than it was before they started! We came home to 4 inches of water in our basement that is 1200 square feet with no sump pump. Owen had one of his best people (James) at our house on that Monday night from 10.30-1am. Over the next 4 days his team removed the water, and removed everything that was damaged by the flooding. His team is top shelf, their equipment is state of the art, and they instill a confidence that all will be normal again. Owen will not leave until hes satisfied that the issue has been resolved and the home is safe. I would recommend him over and over again, great company! My experience with Restopros was nothing short of exceptional. They were so quick to respond, helpful and compassionate through the entire process. I was understandably upset by the flood in my basement, but they made sure to talk me through every step, help with insurance and calm my nerves about everything that was going on.
