Penn Therapy & Fitness New Britain

I went to Good Shepard in New Britain for physical therapy after I had my left hip replaced. The attention to detail and the focus on getting me back to the things I love to do was remarkable. Kristen who led the team of excellent therapists that cared for me was to say the least awesome. She gently pushed me to my limits at every visit. She gave me exercises to do exactly what I needed to get back to my normal life style. I am forever thankful for the professional care given by the Penn Good Shepard team and would highly recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy needs.

Penn Therapy & Fitness at New Britain is very well run. The staff is professional and empathetic. Dr. Patel is outstanding. She has treated me and my wife. Rarely do you meet a professional that is in the vocation they were meant for. Dr. Patel is just that professional. She gives individual attention and is persistently optimistic. Her positive attitude is contagious. I have referred several friends and colleagues to this practice and to Dr. Kavita Patel. Thank you

My daughter has been seeing Kari Diamond for PT for nearly 5 years now. Kari is a knowledgeable, creative, and supportive therapist and we are lucky to have found her. Everyone who works here is friendly and approachable, and there's such an atmosphere of synergy and collaboration. This is a true gem of a therapy practice and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
