We have been with Midtown since 2010. My husband contacted them in July 2018 to give them our new address and bank info to transfer our policies over. In August we got a letter with our old address. My husband contacted them immediately to make sure that they got the correct info. Then in September we get another letter with our prior address on it. My husband called again and left a 3rd message stating his dissatisfaction. One of the owners called me back 3 days later. The first thing he said was my husband left him a "salty message". I expected him to say I apologize for the delay, yes I do not know what happen let me investigate . . . etc. Needless to say he said his wife was in the hospital - for this was his reason not calling me back in 24 hours. I could not be sympathetic to someone who insults my husband and that there was no one else in the office to take care of things while he was attending to his sick wife. I also questioned him why he did not leave a message on his answering machine about being away. This was very upsetting and poor judgement against this company. A simple request turned into a screaming match on the phone. We took our business to another agent. Our account was so messed up that it took the new agent 3 weeks to fix.
