All my experience with the Dotta team has been exceptional ! All my questions were answered in a timely manner and the knowledge of the items being auctioned showed me they truly care about their customers. Dealing with the online auction "hibid" was also a pleasure especially since the office manager guided me through the process without hesitation (thank you Lorin)! Can't wait for the next auction!

Not helpful when trying to bid some jewelry. They (Lauren) didn't want my business because of one bad experience with another local auction that's no longer in business. Contacted hibid and gave me a bidder score of 64 (great score, I'm told) and there's other company what would be eager to get my business. Very disappointing. Also sad that HiBid can't delete my account either or do anything to help rectify the issue. I have couple accounts. So won't be bidding from this website for a while. I'm fine with that and there other places I can. So peace out.
