        Lived on prospect for 3yrs no complaints, loved the neighborhood. Was pushed out during the pandemic/shut down 2020 because they decided to increase rent even though the world was at a stop, meanwhile I had just lost my job due to the shut down it was tragic. Was 13 days behind on rent and even though I expressed an arrangement Jenna took me to court. They were of course paid because I always kept my word but did decide to move due to such an unforgivable experience. Im not saying they are terrible landlords but they definitely only care about $$$$ even if the world is in crisis.

        One of the best landlords I've had. The office staff is friendly. Maintenance responds promptly and things are fixed in a timely manner. The building exterior is well taken care thanks to staff. Neighbors are welcoming and respectful.
