Mom lived here for 19 years and had 1 exit. Repeatedly asked landlord for at least a rope ladder to get out in case of fire, landlord didn't supply. She had a railing at the top of her steps that would not have held her had she leaned against it, it finally got fixed 2 months before she left the apartment!!!!
