        The apartments that I rent from these guys are nice, albeit a little obviously on the own income side. Everything gets sloppily painted over rather than fixed or replaced. But thats just aesthetics and not really worth a bad review imo. And the property manager here at my location is very polite and ok to be around. Lost a star because the people in PA we communicate with at any given time are rather rude, at make it clear they wish you werent calling or emailing even if you have a genuine important question. It makes it hard to want to call in for any reason, even to report something.

      We are not allowed to "take money" to show you a place. We only manage Project-Based Section 8, it's against regulations to accept money for an application. Please try to write reviews on company pages you actually have had the pleasure of doing business with.
