        I used them twice, Ive never had oil before and I called to see if my bill was paid because I thought they had my card on file from the 1st delivery . Brenda started yelling at me after I asked if I owed money or if it was taken off my card already. Very unprofessional, she said she was retiring and tired of stupid questions. Im sure Ill find a nicer oil company to talk to

        We get our fuel oil from Drescher's. We bought our home in July and didn't know much about an oil furnace. They took their time and explained the system to me. They are always prompt and on top of it. This week, I called concerned that we were getting low and they said I wasn't due for oil just yet and explained the process to me to help me understand that I shouldn't run out because of the automatic delivery method, but they scheduled to deliver oil to me that week to ease my fear :) Thank you!!
